The Cascade Gym by Sculptors Fitness & Wellness comprises three areas: an indoor space with natural light and Technogym® equipment, a 1,000-square-metre outdoor space, a true outdoor gym , and a studio for group and private classes.

Monday-Friday: 7 a.m.-9 p.m.
Weekends and holidays: Hotel guests only
Must be 16 or older

We offer a full schedule of assorted group classes, so you can keep up with your fitness routine even while on holiday.

Power Plate

Power Plate enhances physical training while saving time! Sessions vary between 15, 30, and 60 minutes. This device is increasingly used by professional athletes in various sports.

Boot Camp Experience
