Appointments

We recommend that you book your spa appointments at the same time as you book your stay, or at least 24 hours in advance. We will be delighted to give you details of our spa menu and advise you on your upcoming experience.

Packages included with your stay will automatically be taken into account.

Arrival Time

We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. Arriving late for your appointment could have a detrimental knock-on effect. As a result, your treatment may be shortened.

To make the most of your relaxation time, book the spa pool for a period of 90 minutes just before the appointment. Don't forget to inform us when making your booking.

Safety Rules

We are committed to ensuring a safe environment by following the guidelines issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) and by the Portuguese national health authority, Direção Geral de Saúde (DGS).

For your protection and use, hand sanitizer is available at the Spa entrance.
Hand sanitizing is recommended before starting treatment and entering the Spa. Companions are not allowed.
When in the spa area, please keep a 2m safety distance must be respected.
For treatments, we ask that you present yourself with a minimum of props (such as jewellery, watches, etc.).

Payment

We recommend electronic payment, preferably using a contactless method. If the payment is made in cash, please pay with the exact cost, sanitising your hands before and after touching the cash.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know in advance if you will not make your appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations made less than eight hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you simply do not turn up for your appointment, you will have to pay the full cost of the appointments booked. If you are a guest from the hotel, the cost of the missed appointments will be charged directly to your room. If you are not a guest, appointments will only be confirmed after payment has been received or credit card details have been provided.

The spa is set in an ambiance of harmony and tranquillity, so we kindly ask that you switch off your electronic devices (mobile phones and others). Smoking and the consumption of alcoholic drinks are strictly forbidden. Access to the circuit is exclusively for those who are older than 16 years old.
