The Cascade wellness concept is rooted in our motto - Sail the path of wellness. Located in the historic city of Lagos, from where expeditions of Portuguese navigators sailed to discover four continents, our aim is to host each guest as they personally experience a physical and spiritual rebalancing journey, in connection with the natural surroundings.
