  • Unused elements of the package are not refundable if not used during stay.
  • We cannot confirm the decorative style of the room assigned at the time of booking. This will be done at check-in, subject to availability.
  • A credit card will be requested to guarantee the reservation.
  • Payment upon check in.
  • If cancelled 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled between 14 and 7 days before date of arrival, 50% will be charged.
  • If cancelled later, in case of no shows or in case of early departures, the full amount of the package will be charged.
