The Algarve offers some the best golf courses in Europe, some of which within close proximity from Cascade Wellness Resort.

  • Boavista Golf Course

    One of the reasons people enjoy playing Boavista is that it's always in fantastic conditions. Another is the attractiveness of the course with its far-reaching views of the Bay of Lagos to the east and the Monchique mountains to the north. Designed in 2002 by Howard Swan, the golf course uses the natural contours of the terrain and as a result it presents plenty of challenges - especially on holes six and eight where you have to hit your ball across a ravine.

  • Morgado Golf Course

    Set in a valley between Portimão and Monchique, Morgado Golf course is a challenge both for those taking their first steps in golf as for the more experienced player, who would like to test his technique. The scorecard shows a PAR 73, but the course path length is attenuated by the generous width of fairways. However, less accurate strokes may be penalized by the action of one of several bunkers spread across the field.

  • Espiche Golf Course

    Set within an unspoilt undulating countryside, the greens and fairways of the course have been carefully placed to create a beautiful backdrop and some challenging obstacles. Bunkers guard most greens while the greens themselves are large and undulating, demanding a soft hand with the putter. Espiche is a shot-maker’s course where each hole poses a new challenge thanks to the variety of the layout.

  • Palmares Golf Course

    Envolto em diversos ambientes e com vistas deslumbrantes sobre a baía da Meia-Praia, este campo de golfe permite uma entusiasmante sensação de jogo, especialmente nos buracos enquadrados nas dunas de areia ao longo da costa atlântica. Num sistema de returning nines, terá sempre como pano de fundo a Serra de Monchique, o mar, a ria de Alvor e o pinhal. O Palmares assinou um projecto de 27 buracos com Robert Trent Jones Jr.
